Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been moved on 05.10.2015 for transfer of regular permit before respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the application is required to be decided within a statutory period of 60 days but the same has remained pending without any decision.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 05.10.2015 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
