(2) The applicants are seeking restoration of Arbitration Appeal No. 20 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 19.07.2017. (3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the applicant's counsel on 19.07.2017 when Arbitration Appeal No. 20 of 2016 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds. (4) M.C.C. No. 593/2017, therefore, is allowed and Arbitration Appeal No. 20 of 2016 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
