Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though, the petitioner's industry (M/s Yashwant Cement Product) is entitled for subsidy for which he has made a representation to the General Manager, District Trade and Industries Centre, has not been considered and decided by the said authority nor any subsidy has been given to the petitioner till date. 2.

On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the respondents No. 1 & 2 expeditiously. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation within ten days from today and the respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
