An application for extension of route Kotba to Sonajori via Kuthpahar, Charaikhar and Parsadoli and one return trip daily was filed on 07/08/2015. It is submitted that the respondent authority is under an obligation to decide the application within the statutory period of 30 days. Learned State counsel submits that if any such application is moved, the same shall be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide his application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
