1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.206/2020 registered in Police Station: Deepka, District Korba for offence under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

2. The applicant and co-accused were found in illicit possession of 203 kg of Ganja.

3. Although co-accused persons have been allowed bail, however, considering the huge quantity of contraband, the role played by this applicant and the parameters under Section 37 of the NDPS Act which have not been considered by the coordinate Bench, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
