Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has made a representation to the respondent authorities for grant of time bound pay scale from the date of his actual entitlement but that has not been considered and decided by the competent authorities. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh

representation to the respondent authorities/State Government claiming benefit of time bound pay scale from the date of his actual entitlement. The State Government shall consider and decide the petitioner's application on its own merit, expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
