2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the Appellate Tribunal under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is available therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer the appeal before the RERA.

3. Prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file the necessary appeal before the Appellate Tribunal within a further period of 30 days from today.
