1. This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree dated 07.08.2014 passed by the Family Court, Kabirdham in Civil Suit No.37-A/2013 dismissing the application filed by the appellant herein under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant and the respondent are now living together happily and they have no grievance with each other as they have amicably settled their disputes & differences. Therefore, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

3. On being asked, the appellant, who is personally present in the Court, submits that now he is not interested in prosecuting the appeal further and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
