(1) Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No.2428/2016 and Contempt Case (C) No.194/2017 decided on 03.11.2016 & 20.04.2017, respectively, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order complained of has already been complied with as the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the competent authority on 25.03.2017.

(3) In view of above, the contempt case is closed. Rule issued is discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 25.03.2017 in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
