1. In this petition, the petitioner has challenged an order by which junior officer was made the Head of the Department. The reply has been filed by the respondents to justify the action.

-22. In view of the reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take-up the matter with the Dean.
