1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.205/2020, registered at Police Station City Kotwali Kanker, District Kanker C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 354, 354A of the I.P.C.

2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed directly before this Court without availing the remedy before the Sessions Court.

3. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in MCRCA No.234/2020, the present anticipatory bail application filed directly before the High Court is not maintainable as I have not found any exceptional, rare or unusual reason to entertain this application.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to move before the Sessions Court.
