1. After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents-State as also the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission ventilating his grievances so far as non consideration of candidates with other than the locomotor disability of one arm and one leg for which the recruitment has been conducted for the post of Assistant Professor (Chemistry), and the authorities be directed to consider and decide the same.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent authorities by way of a suitable representation supported with all relevant records and documents in his possession in support of his contentions and the respondent authorities shall consider

-2and decide the same in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.
