1. This appeal arises from the judgment dated 01.08.2018 passed by learned Single Judge whereby the transfer sought to be interdicted was repelled, and the reliefs sought for were declined to be granted. In fact, the appeal is presented with a petition for condonation of delay in filing the same.
2. It is admitted by the learned counsel that, under similar circumstances reliefs have been granted to similarly situated person, to the requisite extent, as per the verdict dated 11.07.2019 passed in Writ Appeal No. 282/2019, a copy of which is placed on record for perusal of this Court.
3. The learned counsel representing the State submits that the issue involved is similar to the one, as involved in Writ Appeal No. 282/2019 and that respondent-State does not have any objection in disposing of the present matter in terms of the judgment dated 11.07.2019 passed in Writ Appeal No. 282/2019.
