At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners' claim for similar treatment was rejected by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Pamgarh stating that there is no order in favour of the petitioners and therefore, petitioners could not claim the same benefit, which has been granted to the petitioner in W.P.(S) No. 5391/2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record a copy of order dated 30.09.2008 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5391/2008 in which, this

Court has disposed of the petition with liberty to make a representation along with copy of the order before the competent authority for appointment as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that if any such representation is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 4.
