Versus
B.R.Reddy, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, SECL, HO Bilaspur, PO SECL, PS Sarkanda, Tehsil and District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondent For Petitioner : Shri Dilip Kumar Swain, Advocate.
For Respondent : Smt. Astha Shukla, Advocate.
Hon'ble Shri Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri P. Sam Koshy, J.
Order on Board Per Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice 20/07/2016 1.
The Respondent has filed an affidavit in which it is mentioned that order of which contempt is alleged, has been complied with. The Respondent has also tendered his unqualified and unconditional apology. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order dated 25.02.2016 was not complied with within time and the Court may consider as to whether contempt of the order passed by this Court has been committed or not by the Respondent.
3.
We are not inclined to accept this prayer because the matter of contempt is in between the Court and the contemnor and now, the Respondent has submitted his unconditional apology for delay in compliance
of the order and furthermore the Petitioner has also challenged the order passed by this Court in a separate writ petition. 4.
We therefore do not feel it necessary to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceedings are dropped.
