The Applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.22/2020 registered at Police Station Shyang, District Korba, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 302/34 IPC and under Sections 4 & 5 of Chhattisgarh Tonhi Pratadna Nivaran Adhiniyam, 2005. 2.

Shri Shrivastava seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat the same as and when occasion arises.
