1. Despite time bound direction given by this Court on 31.3.2015, application of the petitioner has neither been allowed nor rejected till date. It is submitted that the direction of this Court has been violated.

2. This Court has already issued direction. If grievance of the petitioner is that order of the Court is not being complied with, the petitioner's remedy

-2lies in filing contempt case and not the repeated petitions.

3. The petition is therefore dismissed.
