Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 28/08/2019 Heard.
1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2302 of 2005.
2. It is submitted that the benefits, which were to flow in compliance of the order passed by this Court and under the directions passed by this Court, have not been extended to the petitioner, though, the order has already been communicated to the concerned authorities.
3. This Court passed an order on 25.04.2018. According to the petitioner, the benefits which were to flow in favour of the petitioners/legal representatives of the employee as directed in para-17 of this order, have not been extended. The respondents cannot take undue advantage of the fact that there is no time bound direction given.
4. The respondents shall ensure compliance of the order passed by this Court
within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the order of the Court is not complied with, it would be open for the petitioner to revive with the direction of this Court.
