Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/05/2016 Heard.
1. The grievance of the petitioner is that an application for demarcation has remained pending without decision. The background is that when earlier, demarcation was made, the petitioner was not satisfied. Therefore, he again moved application before the Tahsildar and the Talsildar issued a letter constituting a committee.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, fresh demarcation proceedings have not been concluded. It appears that a complaint has been made to the Collector & SDO also for the delay.
3. If the Tehsildar is not taking steps, on complaint made, the higher
-2revenue authority should look into the matter and a party should not be driven to the High Court for such matters. The Collector, Raigarh shall look into complaint of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in the matter.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is finally disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Praveen
