For the moment, the default pointed out by the registry is overruled. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is in respect of non-allotment of proper reservation for the candidates belonging to the ExArmy Man quota in the recruitment drive which has been initiated by the respondents for filling up the post of Hand Pump Technician. 3.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already raised representation/objection in this regard to the respondent No.4, but the same has till date not been decided.

Given the nature of dispute raised and considering the urgency required for dealing with the same, it is directed that in addition to the representation made to the respondent No.4, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy. In turn, the respondent No.2 in consultation with the respondent No.4 shall decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation/objection. 5.
It is made clear that till the representation of the petitioner is finally decided, the respondents shall ensure that one post is kept vacant if the posts have till date not been filled up.
