1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make prayer/reference to the district level committee constituted under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Ideal Rehabilitation Policy, 2007.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. If the petitioner approaches the said district level committee, it shall do well and decide the case of the petitioner in objective manner, strictly in accordance with law.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
