1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent -Board to correct his date of birth in the High School mark sheet issued in the year 2007.

2. In view of the order dated 26.2.2016 passed by this Court in the case of Anupam Kumar Soni Vs. State of Chhattisgarh1, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate civil remedy.
