Considering that the mark sheet was issued in the year 1995, the order passed by this Court in the case of Anupam Kumar Soni v. State of Chhattisgarh and anr. (WPC No.1612/2015) and other connected matters is squarely applicable.

This petition is therefore liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to take recourse to civil remedy as observed in the case of Sudhir Ram Bhagat v. Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal, Raipur and another, 2009 (3) CGLJ 103.
