By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to assess the pensionary benefit of the petitioner and to pay pension in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner may be referred to the High Court Retiral Dues Committee, constituted

-2by the State as per directions of this Court, with a further direction to decide grievance of the petitioner within a specified period. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that in case the petitioner submits copy of this petition along with annexures in the office of A.G. within a period of 3 days, the same shall be forwarded by the A.G. office to the High Power Retiral Dues Committee and the said Committee shall decide grievance of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of reference.

In view of the above submissions, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a copy of this petition along with annexures in the office of Advocate General (C.G.), within a period of 3 days from today, who, in turn, shall forward the same to the High Power Committee for Retiral Dues forthwith and the said Committee shall decide the dispute within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of the petition from the office of Advocate General, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
