Challenge through the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 15.7.2014 whereby the Respondents had issued an order of transfer transferring the Petitioner from Tahsil Office Raipur to Tahsil Office Abhanpur.

The Petitioner had an interim order in her favour vide order dated 17.9.2014 passed by this Court by virtue of which the Petitioner continues to discharge her duties at Tahsil Office Raipur. 3.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the State submits that she has instructions that the State shall not act upon the impugned order of transfer so far as the Petitioner's case is concerned, and prays for the liberty to pass a fresh order in case if need so arises. 4.

On the submission of the learned Counsel for the State, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the matter. 5.
