(S) No.2656/2010, decided on 09.01.2018, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondents authorities to comply with the order passed by this Court on 09.01.2018 in W.P. (S) No.2656/2018 in its letter and spirit. (3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to respondents authorities and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
