1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 31.3.2015.

2. This Court directed consideration of petitioner's case within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No comments were made on the merits of the case.

3. In the return, it has been disclosed that vide order dated 25th June, 2015, an

-2order was passed in compliance of the order of this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to impress upon this Court that respondent actually decided petitioner's representation that too illegally vide another order dated 25th May, 2016.

5. After going through the order passed on 25th June, 2015, I am satisfied that order of this Court was already complied with. Irrespective of the merits of the case, the order passed by this Court has already been complied with. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the correctness of the order, his remedy lies in taking appropriate remedy.
