The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner was attached for a particular nature of temporary work in Government Model School, Kewari, Block Lakhanpur, vide order dated 03-10-2015. It is submitted that the State Government has issued directions that attachment should not be made. The work, for which, the petitioner was posted at Block Lakhanpur is temporary and other wise over, and therefore, the petitioner ought to be posted at his regular place of posting. He submits that the

representation has been made which has not been decided till date. 3.

Considering the submission made above, at this stage, I am inclined to dispose off this petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation and also take a decision in the matter keeping in view the State Government's policy of avoiding attachment as also keeping view the submission that the purpose of attachment is otherwise over. The representation be decided within a period of three weeks.
