Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/08/2017 (1) Limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application for change of timing in regular permit is pending since 02.05.2017 and direction may be issued to the respondents to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) State counsel has no objection if any such direction is issued to the respondents.

(3) The present petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 02.05.2017 if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on the merits of the case and it would be for the competent authority to act strictly in accordance with law.
