1. The Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Durg, issued notice to the petitioner against which the petitioner has filed this petition on the ground that the same is unsustainable and bad in law.

2. The petitioner may file reply to the said notice within two weeks from today before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of reply and till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
