Smt. Seema Chandrakar, W/o Dr. Chouleshwar Chandrakar, aged about 32 years, presently working as Civil Judge Class-II, Dalli Rajhara, District Balod (CG).

--- Respondent For Petitioner : Mr. Somkant Verma, Advocate For Respondent : Mr. Ali Asgar, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/08/2017 (1) The petitioner filed application before the trial Court under Order 7 Rule 14 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short, 'the CPC') for taking certain documents. The trial Court by its impugned order dated 19.07.2017 has rejected the petitioner's application against which, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner herein. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the interest of justice, he may be granted opportunity to file those documents which are necessary for proper adjudication of the case, therefore it is liable to be allowed.

(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

impugned order with utmost circumspection.

(4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the impugned order, I am satisfied that the trial Court has assigned sufficient and valid reasons in rejecting the application. I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order. (5) Consequently, the writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
