1. The petitioner is a Pharmacist Grade-II. She is posted at Patarhi, District Korba (C.G.) since 2012.

2. By order dated 14.08.2017 she was transferred showing her to be posted at Primary Health Centre Bhilai Bazar, District Korba to Primary Health Centre Kudmura, District Korba (C.G.).

3. Challenging the said order, petitioner has preferred WPS No. 5437/2017 which was disposed of on 13.10.2017 observing that since she has already completed more than 5 years posting at the present place, she has become due for transfer. However, for transferring the petitioner, the

order would require proper correction, if the petitioner is intended to be transferred. The transfer order is kept in abeyance only till the order of the transfer order is corrected showing her correct place of posting, the petitioner was allowed to present representation which now has been dismissed by the impugned order dated 21.02.2018. By this order the petitioner's place of posting, which was wrongly mentioned in the transfer order has now been corrected.

4. In view of the previous order passed by this Court, it is not permissible in the present petition to enter into merits of the matter. Doing so would violate the principle of comity and judicial propriety. There is no substance in the petition.
