Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of compassionate appointment in view of common order passed by this Court in WP(S)No.360 of 2015 and batch of petitions filed by the similar situated legal heirs of the deceased employee. 3.

Though the respondents had an opportunity, none has appeared for the respondents. Therefore, considering the submission made above and prayer sought at this stage, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of order dated 08-04-2015 passed by this

Court in WP(S)No.360 of 2015 (Raja Ram Kosle vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd., and others) and batch of petitions and take decision thereon as early as possible.
