The petitioner was granted electricity connection for the period of 10.1.2017 to 9.4.2017 and it is the case of the petitioner that his connection has been disconnected on 1.2.2017, but this writ petition has been filed only on 8.8.2017 when the period of three months has already been expired on this date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application for electricity connection in accordance with the rules and regulations with the respondents and that will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
