The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization. 2.

According to the petitioner, he has been working with the respondents since March, 2001, as such he has put in about more than 18 years of services and prays for an appropriate direction for regularization. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondent No.2 consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in the light of the circular dated 05.03.2008 and the subsequent circulars issued by the State Government in respect of regularization and also the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the recent past.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
