This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 55 of 2021 registered at Police Station Keshkal, District Kondgaon, Chhattisgarh for commission of offense punishable under Section 420 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application as the same rendered infructuous. 3.

As prayed, MCRCA- 849 of 2021 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
