Agrawal Order On Board 16/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that order has been passed by the Tahsildar, which is appealable before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue). (2) In view of above, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) under Section 44(1) of the Land Revenue Code, 1959 and also to bring notice of the relevant decisions of this Court for redressal of his grievances. In the eventuality of filing of appeal by the petitioner, the same will be considered and decided by the appellate authority/ Sub Divisional Officer (R) strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the decision of this Court.
