1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 13.02.2015 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Rajgamar (Korba) to Durpa (Korba).

2. By virtue of interim order passed in favour of Petitioner on 20.03.2015 the Petitioner is still discharging her duties at Rajgamar (Korba).

3. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however they may have the liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.

4. In view of above, nothing remains for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
