1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he is confining his challenge to the imposition of cost to the extent of Rs.3000/- upon the petitioners by the trial Court and would submit that imposition of cost is unjustified as further proceeding was stayed by this Court.

3. Looking to the nature of dispute between the parties and taking into account the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, order imposing cost is set aside. The trial Court is

directed to proceed expeditiously.
