Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has completed the construction work in Gram Panchayat Bhata, District- Jangir Champa but till date complete payment has not been released by the respondent authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner had earlier approached the Hon'ble Court by filing Writ Petition (C) No. 2351 of 2014 for release of payment but complete payment has not been released till date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the respondent authorities who, in turn, are directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably
within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
