Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though has filed an application for diversion of the land on 26.11.2018, but the same is not decided and the application is pending on the ground that State has invited for objections.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the circular of the State dated 30.12.2013 (Annexure P-2) no such objection is required to be obtained by the authorities.

Be that as it may, without going into merits of this case, at this stage, it is directed that the application of the petitioner for diversion of the land shall

be decided taking into circulars which is prevailing touching diversion of the land within a further period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
