This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.355/2017, registered at Police Station-Kasdol, District-Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) & 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second bail application.
