1. This petition arises out of an order passed by the learned Additional District Judge (FTC) rejecting petitioner's application for staying effect and operation of an order of eviction.

2. There is already an interim order passed by this Court on earlier date.

3. Shri H.S. Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition, at this stage, may be finally disposed off by continuing interim order till disposal of the appeal pending before the Court below.

4. The submission of learned counsel for the respondents appears to be quite fair.

-2Considering that there is an interim order and the appeal is pending before the Additional District Judge since 2008, the interim protection granted by this Court will continue till final disposal of the appeal.
