Perused the PUD dated 07.02.2019 received from 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, (C.G.) wherein it is reported that special case. No. 04/2017 , Court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Bilaspur, has already been decided on 13.12.2018.

2. Since, the special case No. 04/2017 has already been decided, thus, the revision has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
