Sufficient cause has been shown that when the case was called up for hearing on 12.07.2017, the counsel for the applicants appeared but had no instructions in the matter and therefore the writ petition was dismissed.

For the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, I am satisfied and accordingly, the Writ Petition No. 1216 of 2002 is restored subject to payment of cost of Rs.7500/- (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within ten days from today. 3.

Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
