At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy of revision before the Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the revision is filed by the petitioner within 30 days from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
