2. The applicant has preferred the second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.57/2020, registered at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 34, 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019.

3. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by detailed order on 04-02-2021 in MCRCA No.1643 of 2020. No case for entertaining the repeat bail application is made out.
