1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 3 to consider and take an appropriate decision on the recommendation of the Committee dated 18.06.2020 in-respect-of the claim for promotion made by the petitioner to the post of AGM.
2. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes is that since the Committee constituted to look into the grievance of the petitioner claiming for a review DPC has already submitted their recommendations as early as on 18.06.2020, the respondent No. 3 may be directed to take an appropriate decision on the said recommendation.
-23. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the Learned Counsel for the respondent No. 3. The Counsel for the Respondent No. 3 however submits that there are certain administrative process and decision which have to be taken and which may take sometime for conclusion of the proceedings.

Given the said submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to take an appropriate decision on the recommendation made by the Committee on 18.06.2020 so far as the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistance General Manager is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent No. 3 at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge J-
