Judgment on Board Per Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice 29/08/2017 The Petitioner participated in the counselling for admission to the MBBS course. Apparently, the matter is her own making that she had locked her
admission confined to the only private Medical College available in the State of Chhattisgarh. On account of non-availing of that seat because she did not pay the entire fee due, the resultant situation may be that the petitioner could not join that College. Therefore, this Court had left open her eligibility to participate in the further counselling including mop-up counselling which is scheduled today. Preserving her eligibility to do so, this writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- Sd/- (Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) (Sharad Kumar Gupta) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Amit
