The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers : 10.(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition and direct the Respondent State to produce the entire record pertaining to present case before this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the Respondents thereby quashing and/or declaring the impugned Proceeding of Public hearing vide letter dated

04.07.2020 as illegal and against the provisions of Environment Impact Assessment Notification 2006. (iii) That, any other relief which Hon'ble Court think deemed fit and proper in the ends of justice may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing with reference to the defaults pointed out by the Registry, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
